Product Overview
This series of products does not have any double bonds, only active epoxy groups. Polyether chains are not only polyethylene glycol, but also mixed EO/PO copolymers. Therefore, epoxy groups are mainly used to perform addition reactions with amine groups. These products use methanol or butanol as the starting agent, so the end of the product is terminated by methyl or butyl without any free hydroxyl groups, and adverse reactions involving -OH groups can be avoided.
1、This series of products eliminates the side reaction between hydroxyl groups and groups due to the end hydroxyl active hydrogen being replaced by the capping group, effectively reducing the viscosity of the product and increasing the effective content.
2、This series of products has the characteristics of low foam, strong lipophilicity, low flow point, small viscosity, enhanced stability in acid and alkali, oxidation stability, good heat resistance and coke resistance, and biodegradable.
3、Most of this series of products use it to react with amino silicone oil, and are widely used in polyurethane foam stabilizers, emulsifiers, self-emulsifying defoamers, personal protective products, coating leveling agents, fabric hydrophilic anti-static soft finishing agents, chemical fiber oil agents, water-soluble lubricants, glass anti-fog agents, cross-linked sealants and high-temperature acid and alkali resistant detergents and other fields.
